When you shop on Canopey, you're directly supporting the brands we work with, and so each of them deliver their own products. Please be aware your product will come from them, and delivery times will vary. We have estimated delivery times which are listed on each product page, and you can find out more on our Delivery & returns page. We will let you know if a brand notifies us of any issues related to your order and you can contact us if you have any questions.

If the brand you bought from on Canopey chose to use tracked delivery, they will add the tracking details when sending your order out for delivery and you should receive this in the dispatch confirmation email.

Yes, we use Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and supports 3D secure checkouts. You can read more on the Shopify website.

The brands we work with deliver their own products so please be aware your product will come from them, similar to Ebay or Etsy. If you've bought from more than one it's very likely you will get separate packages. We advise a delivery estimate of around 3-5 working days but please note this may be different depending on the brand. We currently deliver to UK mainland customers only as we want to focus on keeping the distance from warehouse to your door as short as possible. Head to our delivery & returns page to read more!

We don't currently ship to customers based outside of mainland UK but we will in the future. Delivering across the globe didn't feel very sustainable to us so we wanted to start by offering you products closer to home.

Every brand we work with provides us with a breakdown of the materials they use to make each of their products. Using this information we calculate the impact of each of these materials. Learn more about how we do our calculations on our Impact page.

We rigorously check all of the brands working with us to make sure they meet high standards. We do this in three ways: by looking at brand values, product values, and using our Impact Calculator. Head over to our Sustainability page to read more.

We rigorously check each brand that we work with and ask for evidence for any claim made by them. We only accept trusted certifications which includes looking at fair working practices. We also look at the products themselves and any materials they're made from. All our accreditations (the icons like Vegan or Plastic-free you may see on each product) have specific requirements which you can learn more about by clicking on them. If you have concerns about a brand please contact us so we can make sure they are trustworthy.

We've built Canopey to be as low impact as possible, both as a company and a platform. We reduce our impact in every area possible before considering offsetting, and we think this is how every company should do things as it encourages everyone to look at the way they build sustainability into the everyday. Inevitably, there will always be emissions we can't avoid, and in this case we use verified carbon offsets.
