For Raju, his sauces represent a fusion of South Asian heritage with western taste palates. His inspiration came, after Raju had the realisation that traditional South Asian sauces and chutney’s don’t always work so well when paired with foods that are not from South Asia. Raju’s sauces pair tradition with modernity, they're versatile and work really well with wide variety of foods. The sauces can be used as a marinade, a cooking sauce or just as a dip.
