We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small Ā£3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There isĀ an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on theĀ brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brandĀ in question to check the returnĀ and then pass any details toĀ you about sending theĀ product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned,Ā including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products. About the Brand
From our Family to Yours: Our journey to brilliant bamboo loo roll and beyond began in early 2016 when co-founders Julie and Chris took a trip to South-East Asia and saw the amount of surplus bamboo going to waste.
āWeāre not having that!ā
...they said in unison (probably). Utilising their entrepreneurial minds, they got to work and that is how The Cheeky Panda was born. Fast forward a few years and along came baby Leo ā our head of quality control (he does a great job!).
We want to create a happy, healthy and sustainable world for Leo, and for your family too ā we plan on changing the world and want to have fun doing it!
