Until now we've only supplied powder to home fillers in unlined paper bags to avoid plastic packaging waste. But, we'd been getting frustrated with waste created by split, damp, or damaged bags in transit. We think there's a better way.

So, we've started a trial of home refill powders in 5kg closed-loop washable, refillable, reusable post-consumer recycled (PCR) tubs. That means you can now get powders in freepost returnable packaging. Send the empty tub(s) back to us for refill using the original transit packaging when you're done. Don't throw anything away. We'll use it all again.

How to use
Descaling the kettle: Half-fill the kettle. Boil. Add 2 tsp. Stand until cool. Descaling the toilet: Add warm water to the bowl. Add 2 tbsp. Leave for 1 hr + flush. For bathroom cleaning: Add 1 tsp to 1L water. Spray on. Leave for 30 secs. Wipe off. Don't use on natural stone. Test on an inconspicuous area.
How to return your tub for refill
- Keep hold of the returnable cardboard outer packaging. This should be reused to send the tub back to us for refill. If you don't keep hold of the original transit packaging, no biggie. You can reuse any box you might have at home.
- Fold the outer pack flat (instructions printed on the box). Keep it safe until you are ready to return the tub.
- Place the empty tub back inside the transit packaging with the lid/s still in position so that they can be reused.
- Cut out the return label below and paper tape it to the outside of the box.
- Make sure you cover any previous postage labels so that it makes its way back to Fillville with no problems.
- Drop it at your closest parcel post box or post office.

We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products.
