Gently hand wash in lukewarm or cold water, using a delicate detergent or baby shampoo. Once rinsed, transfer the scarf to a towel and blot to remove excess water. Allow to dry flat.

We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.

Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. The brand was founded by designer Jennifer Yamamoto, drawing inspiration from her two favourite cities - London and Tokyo.
In line with their planet-first philosophy, Shinjuku Lanes uses biodegradable packaging and offsets the carbon footprint of deliveries to customers.
