Instructions for Use
This product is a concentrate and must be diluted as per instructions.
Fill your kettle, iron or coffee machine with multi-use descaler and water, leave it for a few minutes or until the scale dissolves. Scrub if required to remove heavy deposits. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Avoid use on sensitive metals and natural stones, such as marble.

We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products.
