Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. The brand was founded by designer Jennifer Yamamoto, drawing inspiration from her two favourite cities - London and Tokyo.
In line with their planet-first philosophy, Shinjuku Lanes uses biodegradable packaging and offsets the carbon footprint of deliveries to customers.
