We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products. Bought as Christmas pressies which I am sure will be well received
good product, made washing my spaniel, especially her head, much easier but wish it had a container to keep it in.
Ronnie is not a fan of a Bath but this Shampoo Bar was super easy to rub on a fussy pooch, lathers up nicely and fragrance free to help with Ronnie’s sensitive skin.
I would definately buy again but I can see this lasting for a good few washes yet!
I have tried the simple dog shampoo bar, and it is great to use, But all dogs pong I found the lavender one even better. Really easy to apply and get a even spread of soap all over the dog or just wash selected areas, mush better than a liquid shampoo.
Easy to use, lathers well, smells great and leave my dogs coat beautifully soft and silky. Not an easiest of fur as she's a shepherd/husky/collie but shampoo bar did the job perfectly and much easier and cost effective than bottles.
Delighted with the results of the neem bar, even used it on my horse !
Wilma isn't a fan of bath-time but using the soap bar instead of shampoo in a bottle made the process easier and fuss-free. Plus, the smell is fresh but not overpowering and her coat was so clean, soft and fluffy as a result.
Easy to use and very reasonably priced the shampoo bar is a really good choice. Its much easier to hold the bar than try to hold a shampoo bottle with one hand to pour the shampoo in to the other and hold the dog. You just wet the dog and the bar and then off you go.
Sprocket is a ‘hair wash once a month’ boy, it works like a dream. His coat is bouncy and shiney. He’s happy and we are happy that its 2 plastic bottles we’ve not had to use and the carton can just go in the compost bin.
