We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products. All Socko socks are made by a family run business in the UK using off-cuts of yarn that may otherwise have ended up in landfill or recycled materials.
Socko is on a mission to extend the active life of clothing by re-teaching the lost art of darning.
This is why each pair of Socko socks comes with a swatch of yarn and a darning needle.
