How do shampoo bars work?

pH balanced shampoo bars are like concentrated versions of the liquid shampoo that you are probably used to. They include plant based cleansers which work to remove oil and dirt when combined with water. Wet the bar and your hair, apply the bar directly, massage into a lather and rinse.

How long do shampoo bars usually last?

Since conditioner bars are very concentrated and don’t contain any water, most people find only a small amount is required per use which means that they last for at least 60 – 80 washes, an 80g bar can last 6 months. Keeping it dry between uses will help it last longer.

We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.

There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.

Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products. I was dubious about using a solid shampoo, but this bar is an absolute star. So easy, lathers up well and rinses away easily. Brilliant for travelling too. It is also good to know that the company is "green", thank you, Canopey, for doing all the background checks. 😀

Does the job

I was looking for a bar that I could use on hair and body as it would be very useful for travelling. This is great. It’s easy to use as a shampoo, particularly as I have short hair, but it quickly foams up and doesn’t seem to leave my hair feeling dry or greasy at all.

The Two in One - solid shampoo bar

I had tried many different brands of shampoo bar before I found this one, and will now never use another brand. I live in an area with hard water and other bars left my hair too dry and squeaky clean. This is the only bar that has left my hair (mid-length undyed) soft and manageable, it lathers up quickly and I use it every day. I definitely recommend giving this bar a try. I also use the conditioner bar every now and then and again I can’t fault it. Amazing products.
