We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. The 'pin' for pushing the rod through the strap was prone to bending if a rod was tight. I think you should have a much shorter pin to start it off and then move onto the longer one. Also you have to really align the head of the rod very carefully with the groove on the strap adjuster otherwise it would catch, again leading to the pin bending under pressure
