Cleaning & Care advice
To remove any stains, gently dab with a moist cloth. Leave to air dry. Sisal is a sturdy material but may sometimes crease if not stored well. To rectify this, make the creased area slightly wet and flatten it out. Leave to air dry. Iron out any creases on the canvas using a low heat.
DO NOT steam the bag. Dry-waxed cotton should not be steamed.
DO NOT put the bag in a washing machine

Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required.
