The story
Back in February 2021 we spoke to some cool guys in West Sussex about waste silicone. It seemed like a long shot but Joe was up for the challenge. A year of making, testing & trialing prototypes & here it is, the fillicone coaster.
David (the mill man) mixes pigment & 100% scrap compounds (from moulding or extrusion) into sheets. Maria cuts out the parts on British made mould presses from the 1940s. Ruth trims. Nicola checks & Ariel packs them ready to be screen- printed.

We have a large range of products with free delivery, and for brands that don't provide it there is a small £3.49 flat fee. Please note we only currently deliver to UK mainland customers.
There is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, to reduce the environmental cost and make packing and deliveries more efficient. This time may vary depending on the brand and can be quicker! Please note that if you order from multiple brands you will get separate packages. Help support us and we'll be able to set up our own green warehouses in the future.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days to request a refund, or 30 days if the product is faulty. We will get in touch with the brand in question to check the return and then pass any details to you about sending the product back or arranging a refund if required. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, drink and plants, custom products like personalised items), and personal care goods like beauty products. Available in returnable bulk & refillable glass bottles, too cool to ever want to throw away. We make everything ourselves at our factory in Northamptonshire with real chemists, combining biodegradable ingredients to create simple, modern & effective eco responsible products. No dyes. No harsh chemicals. No waste. All fill refill products are registered with the vegan trademark & cruelty free approved by Leaping Bunny. We’re a certified B Corporation and members of 1% For The Planet, donating 1% of turnover to environmental causes.
