This accreditation means a brand has at least one member of senior leadership that is lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex or otherwise consider themself part of the wider LGBTQI+ community.
Issues around sustainability, gender and sexuality are often intertwined and connected to one another, so we aim to support marginalised communities with accreditations like this in order to try and readdress the imbalance.
